Our cleaning process...
- We set up ladders, harnesses, and other safety equipment.
- If you have gutter guard installed, we will detach it while cleaning and reattach it after the job is completed.
- Loose debris from your roof is removed with a leaf blower so that it doesn't fall right back into your gutters.
- Debris is removed from gutters by hand, this reduces the mess around your house by up to 95% and allows us to remove up to 50% more debris than other gutter cleaning methods.
- Any downpipes with minor blockages are cleared by flushing them with water. We can clear 99% of downpipe blockages for FREE, without needing to call a plumber.
- Use leaf blowers to tidy up the last 1% of debris left in your gutters.
- If your gutters are very muddy, we wash them out with a hose.
- Fix up to 3 cracked roof tiles or rust spots for FREE
- Tidy up your pathways and decks so that you never know we were even there, in fact, we usually leave things cleaner than how we found them!

Bring the washing inside, just in case any dirt or leaves get on your clean clothes. Otherwise we take care of everything!
We will happily clean your gutters even if you won’t be at home at the time of your booking. Please ensure that any pets are safely secured before we arrive and that side gates are left unlocked. We will send you ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos of your gutters to demonstrate the work that was carried out.
No! We will clean up any mess that is made. However, we usually clear out gutters by hand instead of with a leaf blower. As a result, the cleaning is very precise. This takes a bit longer for us, but we believe it saves a lot of headache as there’s very little to tidy up afterwards. If the debris is dry and won’t make a mess, leaf blowers can sometimes be used. But we always tidy this up from around your home. And the dry loose debris sitting around on the top of your roof is fine to be blown off with a leaf blower as well. But again, we ALWAYS tidy up the debris from around your home.
