We recently undertook this great project to bring some life back into this gorgeous home at Ourimbah. We washed the colourbond roof to remove mold, bacteria, algae, and kill off the lichen. Roof washing is the best way to take care of your metal roof, especially if it’s a few years old. Our thorough process removes the grime without stripping or damaging the paint. We also washed the walls and eaves to get rid of all the grime.
The gutter cleaning also needed some attention! Even though the house had gutter guard installed, dirt and moss collect under there and it’s a good idea to have a thorough check underneath your gutter guard every 3-5 years. It’ll save you an insurance claim or two!
